      Pros

      Big Salaries, when you're on their team, they do anything for you, send you gifts, praise your ability, give you a big expense account. They have fun and party, fly you out to sales conferences, to meet with customers- WHATEVER you want.

      Cons

      They'll drop you with no-warning. Several people I know were successful, good, hard-working people (myself included), were praised for their hard work , dedication and then all of the sudden a call comes out of nowhere that you're terminated. Be VERY Careful, they have no loyalty and if an account is lost, they cut heads.

      Pros

      Paycheck, decent (Though expensive) insurance and good PTO (If you can take it). Coworkers and technicians are exceptional.

      Cons

      Absolute absence of work/life balance, PE company focused on keeping SG&A costs to a bare minimum and unwilling to increase headcount to handle increased business, no training program, no coherent plan for cruise business investment, no regard given to feedback to director level, say that comp time is given but it is impossible to claim with volatile environment. Did I mention the expectation of 24/7 availability for contact and work availability? Run, do not walk, away from these people.
