Terrible Corporate Culture - Senior Marketing Manager Solenis Employee Review

Executive leadership, especially in Pool Solutions, down to the director level have absolutely no clue the workloads the lower level staff are under, while expecting everyone to achieve unattainable goals. The performance review process is a joke, and not based on observation, but manager opinion only (goes for most companies). Not one Director is there to set you up for success and just expect you to figure it out without decent direction. They're absolutely unwilling to invest in necessary infrastructure. Marketing budget is a joke considering they're trying to act as a CPG company and by no means are anywhere close to being a legitimate CPG operated company. It's not a good or fun place to work. Just run. It's fine if you're desperate and looking for some remote work, but that's about it. If you are looking to move up in a company, like most big one's this is not the place for you. They love having old timers there, keeping everyone at nearly the exact same level that they started at over 10 years, 20 years ago. I guess it's a decent place if moving up the corporate ladder is not your thing and you just want to rot in the same spot.
