Pros

The pros was the friendly co-workers and employees from the customer service department who are friendly makes the job pleasant.

Cons

Manager have no structure when it comes to training employees. They make sure to not have any handbooks or policies so that they can change things when they want to. Managers micro manage and there is alot of favoritism with white employees.

Pros

Paycheck, decent (Though expensive) insurance and good PTO (If you can take it). Coworkers and technicians are exceptional.

Cons

Absolute absence of work/life balance, PE company focused on keeping SG&A costs to a bare minimum and unwilling to increase headcount to handle increased business, no training program, no coherent plan for cruise business investment, no regard given to feedback to director level, say that comp time is given but it is impossible to claim with volatile environment. Did I mention the expectation of 24/7 availability for contact and work availability? Run, do not walk, away from these people.
