Poor training, poor and unsupportive management, do not care about nurses and give us unequal pay, horrible benefits

Pros

As an employee currently completing the onboarding process, my experience with Soleo Health has been positive so far. The interview process was a meeting with HR followed by an interview with management. Everyone I've met so far has been very kind and helpful in the onboarding process.

Cons

I have none at this time.

Remote work is great. Management is great in the Specialty department.

Call center environment and metrics.
