This company does not care about equality, their employees nor fairness. The higher-ups get to run amuck and do whatever they want without helping the AP department nor providing the necessary tools to effectively do our jobs. They’re hiring “remote” employees for AP while leaving the current AP employees in office and there is no chance of us moving to even hybrid in the near future because all of the projects for AP are put on the back burner because everyone who does not work in AP has their hands in the pot when they know nothing about how to do this.
