My immediate coworkers were very good to work with - we all worked together to try and cope with the madness and lack of leadership.
Cons
Management, leadership (or lack thereof). The sky was always falling. Everything was important and had to get done NOW. No sense of how to set priorities. Constantly shifting focus from one thing to another.
