Pros

The team I work on is without a doubt the main reason I come to work every day. When you can work in an environment of trust and collaboration, it's hard not to look forward to working alongside people you are lucky to call your friends. Here are some pros: - Great work/life balance - Decent benefits here at Corporate - Supportive leadership - Getting an opportunity to work for a company that is leading an industry and in front of many emerging trends and technologies

Cons

- Commute from Dallas is a rough one. - The company is in the middle of a big culture change, and while I personally see it exciting and a great opportunity, others may not seem as excited about being a part of all the change - Previous management that is no longer here had many negative impacts on morale (but again, this is changing with the new CEO and is very exciting!) - Health insurance isn't the best. CIGNA isn't my top choice as they have poor customer service and are known for not covering the basics.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
