Pros
Decent pay. The job itself is pretty straight forward and easy when things are structured and organized correctly. However management heavily interferes with production by micromanaging, see cons.
Cons
Management Unstructured work environment Verbal harassment from management HR will make errors on your W2 Unrealistic expectations Do what a supervisor asks you to do then get in trouble for doing the very thing you were asked to do. Favoritism has been a huge issue Very high turn over rate. Cannot get through to HR or management when it comes to returning equipment. If you reach out to a peer for help, you will be reamed for asking for help and told "they're busy, dont ask them for help" then management wonders why you're struggling. Good luck trying to answer calls and work production at the same time. Audatex knows this work flow does not work as while you're working on a file you are interrupted every 5-10 minutes to answer a call and have to start over once the 15-20 minute call is over. Change in management ever 6-12 months. We've had 5 different managers in the last 4 years I've worked here. Refusal to pay PTO while still employed which I got resolved by taking alternative legal routes. Professionalism doesn't exist here. Anytime something bad happens some of the leads start talking about layoffs. This does not help the already stressful job.
