Unfortunate change of direction with current Executive leadership - Anonymous employee Solera Employee Review

Executive leadership decline started with the current CEO's onboarding and then derailed when he hired on his posse from a previous job. Each of them systematically and efficiently laid off half of their staff, and drove away the other half. This is in an effort to increase EBIDTA to position the company for a good return for Vista in the end. I imagine when its sold, the entire executive staff will pick up and do it again for another Vista company, leaving Solera in shambles
