Pros

Amazingly talented teams You can learn from people with a lot of experience and tenure, mostly on the US side A great sense of unity between team members in specific teams Interaction is warm and down to earth (at least in what was my vertical) Never had a problem with payment info, taxes or any other kind of income related matters Benefits are way over the top in Mexico A great environment for overachievers and people who want to prove themselves

Cons

High management is absolutely out of touch with what the employees (the people who get the sometimes absurd requests done) need Deadlines are most of the time unrealistic and don't integrate all that well with quality assurance processes A lot of questionable decisions like layoffs, out of the blue ending contractor positions altogether, the merger with Omnitracs in Mexico which left many people without a job and the remaining staff with benefits cut down, and the frankly backwards decision of making WFH not optional anymore for personnel in Mexico

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
