Pros
- i love my co-workers, I don't feel like we are micro managed, I learn new things daily, office casual, benefits from day one, some opportunities for advancement.
Cons
I have heard no raises but am hoping this is not true. Seniority doesn't seem to matter as far as preferred shifts, streamlining guidelines between offices would be nice.
