Pros

Getting to work from home.

Cons

Only get Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays off. We work every other company holiday even though other departments are off. Understaffed with a hiring freeze. Those still here are severely underpaid by industry standards. No raises or ability to move up in the company. Responsibilities vary between team members. Some team members don't actually work but still get paid for it. Frustrating for those who try to do work because we have to pick up their slack. Managers do 0 to combat this. No innovation with the products. Constant outages so you're never able to catch up on work. Contact higher teams to figure out ETAs for fixes or further information to complete cases is almost impossible. I've been ghosted countless times because nobody will reply for weeks. Incredibly stressful work.
