Pros

Get to travel if that is your thing,

Cons

This company is in trouble. Since the Solera takeover they have been slowly converting the focus of the CSM team from consulting and retention to sales. Within the last 2-3 weeks they have rolled out a new pay plan which will result in a huge pay cut and is highly focused on hitting the unobtainable sales quotas that have also just been rolled out. No raises have been received since 2019, no joke. These appear to be the moves of a desperate company in deep financial trouble. There have been "glitches" with expense reimbursement with some people sitting on $10k or more of outstanding expenses for months. It is a gamble if the company credit card will be declined when traveling. Read the company IPO filings online and you will see how deep in debt the company is. Due to never ending hiring freezes, as people get smart and leave, territories are expanded to where this is now a 100% travel job. Of course the latest initiative is only visit customers that you think you can sell them something. Unfortunately that is not easy as the software is always broken and patched together with band aids. They are in in keep the lights on mode, no innovation at all and competitors are leaving us behind. Customers are constantly complaining about billing issues, being billed for products they cancelled long ago, or just outright being duplicate billed or unauthorized payments being auto drafted. Very bad place to work.
