If you like being "a member of the family" this place is likely for you. They (overly, in my opinion) encourage personal connection with your co-workers, diving into your personal life that at times feel inappropriate. They do have a variety of clients, however, that can keep things interesting.

Autonomy is neither liked nor encouraged; no matter how successful you have been and even are in your role, if you're not doing it the "Soliant Way" you're doing it wrong.
