Pros

Lots of great people to work with. Pay is very good with bonus and annual pay increases. The funds are flowing so it's hard to have a project turned down.

Cons

Leadership should be involved from the top down in developing the safety strategy but they are not. From the safety director level up there is no clear strategy to move safety programs forward. The safety director clearly does not understand safety culture or how to drive safety as a core value.

Solid power has a great technical background. If you enjoy lab work you will enjoy this job.

Cons

Sometimes the work can be isolating if you are not working with multiple people.
