Pros: Great company culture with supportive team members, good learning opportunities, and exposure to interesting technical work. The work environment encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Possibility of IPO and decent payout in the distant future.

Inherited horrible Intel culture. Pay mediocre. Bell curve performance rating system throttles any meaningful career progressive. Old boys club of senior tech managers (ex Intel). Major attrition issues. Engineering execution is extremely weak. Late to market in everything we do.
