Pros

The company inherited all the best from Intel and added their own culture pieces. Definitely worth considering as a great place to work but always do your own investigation about the hiring manager before your final "yes". Fascinating technology.

Cons

In many aspects in 2022 was still looking pretty much like a startup but improving quickly. Wishing well.

Possibility of IPO and decent payout in the distant future.

Cons

Inherited horrible Intel culture. Pay mediocre. Bell curve performance rating system throttles any meaningful career progressive. Old boys club of senior tech managers (ex Intel). Major attrition issues. Engineering execution is extremely weak. Late to market in everything we do.
