Knowledgeable and driven team members

Cons

Bad leadership with too many in upper management having no knowledge or leadership ability and thus not able to deliver products timely leaving customers frustrated. There is no accountability or ownership by the top leaders as they got rid of their best leaders in recent reduction in force. Absolutely no diversity in leadership due to culture. Perfect example of how bad leadership can bring a good company down.

Possibility of IPO and decent payout in the distant future.

Cons

Inherited horrible Intel culture. Pay mediocre. Bell curve performance rating system throttles any meaningful career progressive. Old boys club of senior tech managers (ex Intel). Major attrition issues. Engineering execution is extremely weak. Late to market in everything we do.
