Pays well. Good work life balance. Good people.

Cons

Return to office policy keeps increasing minimum number of days. It expect we won't be able to work from home soon. Office is not setup well for productivity. Setup to optimize cost.

Pros

Possibility of IPO and decent payout in the distant future.

Cons

Inherited horrible Intel culture. Pay mediocre. Bell curve performance rating system throttles any meaningful career progressive. Old boys club of senior tech managers (ex Intel). Major attrition issues. Engineering execution is extremely weak. Late to market in everything we do.
