Pros

I've been at Sollis Health for almost 2 years now and it's been a really great experience. The core group and leadership of Sollis is a group of extremely hard working, driven individuals who have collaborated to create a really fun and exciting atmosphere to work in. Sollis has given me so many opportunities to grow and take on projects that I would not be able to experience elsewhere. I think the best part about Sollis Health is that you get out what you put into it. I've been lucky enough to work with some really smart individuals that have taught me lessons and concepts that will stick with me throughout my career.

Cons

As a startup, there is obviously some growing pains that all small/growing businesses go through but I also think it is the reason I was attracted to Sollis. As someone looking to grow and learn, I look at the challenges of Sollis as really great learning experiences that allow me to tackle projects and really identify the insides and outs of how a company runs. I think these challenges help me determine what things drive success in a business and will allow me to have greater insights in the future. I think Sollis is a great place to learn and grow in whatever position you prefer.

Pros

I worked with the company for 2.5+ years and overall had a great experience filled with growth opportunities.

Cons

It’s a start up (and while I was there pre series B) so it’s not for everyone but it is much more structured and offers more resources than others I’ve worked for

Pros

The workload is a joke compared to any ED that you will ever work in. The crew is small and intimate (which is a pro but leads to a con well.)

Cons

No background checks done to weed out the criminals that are pending lawsuits for insurance fraud. The drama is EXTREMELY for being such a small, intimate facility. It soured the experience which would have been great otherwise. One or two of the providers have the WORST bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. They are also condescending and rude for no reason at all.. they don’t even know how to preform real actual emergency medicine and get flustered when there is more than 1 patient in the building. It’s a joke
