Pros

- We don't deal with insurance and it is not the typical medical office or hospital setting

Cons

- Poor management; They continue to hire people from outside who have no idea what they are doing or how to maneuver in the MANY programs we have to use. - We have to bend over backwards to make things happen for pts sometimes it not being medically necessary which is why many providers have left because they do not want to risk their licenses.

We’re sorry to hear that this has been your experience with Sollis. As with many fast-growing companies, we recognize that we’ve experienced some growing pains along the way. We are constantly and actively improving our systems, processes, and procedures for more efficient and effective work. With respect to our medical providers, we strongly uphold high standards for delivering expert care and, in that, do not condone activity that jeopardizes the integrity of any medical professional.

Pros

I worked with the company for 2.5+ years and overall had a great experience filled with growth opportunities.

Cons

It’s a start up (and while I was there pre series B) so it’s not for everyone but it is much more structured and offers more resources than others I’ve worked for

Pros

The workload is a joke compared to any ED that you will ever work in. The crew is small and intimate (which is a pro but leads to a con well.)

Cons

No background checks done to weed out the criminals that are pending lawsuits for insurance fraud. The drama is EXTREMELY for being such a small, intimate facility. It soured the experience which would have been great otherwise. One or two of the providers have the WORST bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. They are also condescending and rude for no reason at all.. they don’t even know how to preform real actual emergency medicine and get flustered when there is more than 1 patient in the building. It’s a joke
