Pros

If you love being a healthcare worker but are so burnt out in the hospital, this is a great option. Talented, kind, loving, compassionate clinical staff who are all close and supportive.

Cons

It’s a young disorganized company that often prioritizes ultimate profitability over quality of care, quality of clinics etc. It feels like there is MAYBE one clinical person at the table making decisions but they definitely do not represent the majority of people in this company.

I worked with the company for 2.5+ years and overall had a great experience filled with growth opportunities.

Cons

It’s a start up (and while I was there pre series B) so it’s not for everyone but it is much more structured and offers more resources than others I’ve worked for

The workload is a joke compared to any ED that you will ever work in. The crew is small and intimate (which is a pro but leads to a con well.)

Cons

No background checks done to weed out the criminals that are pending lawsuits for insurance fraud. The drama is EXTREMELY for being such a small, intimate facility. It soured the experience which would have been great otherwise. One or two of the providers have the WORST bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. They are also condescending and rude for no reason at all.. they don’t even know how to preform real actual emergency medicine and get flustered when there is more than 1 patient in the building. It’s a joke
