sdg treats employees with respect Goes beyond to make things right for the client and employee I feel connected with others at sdg I feel connected with the community

Cons

Decisions take a long time to make, but I understand why...sdg takes everything into consideration and doesn't make rash decisions

Pros

Consultant Managers and Managing Directors are in tune and very supportive of their consultants. They really make sure that we have everything we need to be successful. Company events and groups are active, and I've genuinely never worked somewhere where I like every person I interact with as much as I do here.

Cons

Health insurance selections are pretty sub-par (Nice Healthcare is great though). ESOP is nice, but 401k match, when it's active is also pretty sub-par.
