Pros

- Good work/life balance - Decent perks - Good way to get some experience - Fun company culture (at least it was prior to COVID)

Cons

- Pay is not competitive - Raises are too small - If you’re stuck at a bad client, there is really nothing you can do until your contract is done - Culture is not the same since COVID, and likely won’t ever be the same - Currently experiencing very high turnover - No ladder to climb

Pros

Consultant Managers and Managing Directors are in tune and very supportive of their consultants. They really make sure that we have everything we need to be successful. Company events and groups are active, and I've genuinely never worked somewhere where I like every person I interact with as much as I do here.

Cons

Health insurance selections are pretty sub-par (Nice Healthcare is great though). ESOP is nice, but 401k match, when it's active is also pretty sub-par.
