Competitive salary, talented peers, try to reward employees with some unique perks

Cons

I really wanted to love sdg. Many people do, and I tried to convince myself that it was a great company. It's not. The culture is not great, and I did not feel supported out at my client at all. sdg knows that some clients are toxic, yet keep putting consultants out there to fend for themselves. And if you challenge the status quo, be prepared for a very negative and manipulative response. I should have left a lot sooner than I did.

Pros

Consultant Managers and Managing Directors are in tune and very supportive of their consultants. They really make sure that we have everything we need to be successful. Company events and groups are active, and I've genuinely never worked somewhere where I like every person I interact with as much as I do here.

Cons

Health insurance selections are pretty sub-par (Nice Healthcare is great though). ESOP is nice, but 401k match, when it's active is also pretty sub-par.
