Pros

Employee Owned & it shows throughout the company. Outstanding work culture with so many learning/social communities. Opportunities to earn new certifications/skills. Dedicated Consultant Manager for Consultants. Operations is very creative on getting everyone involved on numerous projects/events. Great work/life balance. Diversity & Inclusion was a major aspect of the organization.

Cons

I wouldn't say there's any cons - during my time I grew professionally more than at other companies where I was tenured longer.

Pros

Consultant Managers and Managing Directors are in tune and very supportive of their consultants. They really make sure that we have everything we need to be successful. Company events and groups are active, and I've genuinely never worked somewhere where I like every person I interact with as much as I do here.

Cons

Health insurance selections are pretty sub-par (Nice Healthcare is great though). ESOP is nice, but 401k match, when it's active is also pretty sub-par.
