Supportive environment - Consultant Solution Design Group Employee Review

Consultant Managers and Managing Directors are in tune and very supportive of their consultants. They really make sure that we have everything we need to be successful. Company events and groups are active, and I've genuinely never worked somewhere where I like every person I interact with as much as I do here.

Health insurance selections are pretty sub-par (Nice Healthcare is great though). ESOP is nice, but 401k match, when it's active is also pretty sub-par.

Not a lot room for growth and multiple lay offs lately
