Pros

Some really good people, and the organization does good work. Stable small hospital system.

Cons

Poor IT leadership. The best analysts have left, except a few who are nearing retirement. Leadership does nothing to retain them. Informatics often treat the analysts with disrespect. Lack of project governance.
