      Nothing would make up for the way they treated me.

      Cons

      Leadership is awful. They don't care about your opinion. After complaining to HR 3 times about supervisor, I left because nothing was ever going to change.

      Not much vertical movement in the company. Pay doesn't reflect experience, degrees, and certifications
