      Pros

      I love this company, the best I've ever worked for. I started as a temporary employee and very quickly moved into different responsibilities. My manager was able to bring me on permanently, and I am constantly commended on my performance. How well I perform is directly influenced by the environment at work, and I work well because I absolutely enjoy it here.

      Cons

      Noise in the plant is all, but Solvay can't help that. Also, corporate can go deaf and blind a lot - listen to your people. People rarely leave so finding a position in corporate/administration is difficult.

      Pros

      Great benefits overall when it comes to medical, 401k match and other benefits.

      Cons

      Work load and the department has very high expectations for this job. It's almost like an account manager/ customer service roll.

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
