Very toxic work environment
Union is allowed to do and say as they please with no consequences
They create a harassment culture that is unchecked because management is afraid of the union
When issues come up they blame the victim to save the union

I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
