      Solvay is an outcome driven company that gives employees a lot of autonomy. That autonomy comes with expectations to provide value and impact. There is a lot of reward for taking initiative.

      Cons

      The company is growing into a new phase so employees need to be able to navigate change and duties that can be more expansive than the initial parameters of a job.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
