      * Great people to work and collaborate with within the project. * Work from home/hybrid policy implementation based on your comfort, there is no hard rule attached to it. * Exposure to global stakeholders in major healthcare domain. * Competitive pay in India, and handsome amount of leaves provided.

      Cons

      Only problem which I felt was processes can take a lot of time due to global alignment.

      - Rampant nepotism in hiring across the leadership ladder - No leadership vision - Low sales rep confidence in leadership, especially medical - constant cost-cutting efforts leaving employees overwhelmed with remaining workload - Sweatshop culture / no recognition - terrible leadership development
