      Very unorganized and understaffed. Training is horrible. you must learn everything on your own or beg people Who have been there for a while for help. We are expected to Reach our metric numbers with no help ir training at all. Feels Impossible Sometimes

      - Rampant nepotism in hiring across the leadership ladder - No leadership vision - Low sales rep confidence in leadership, especially medical - constant cost-cutting efforts leaving employees overwhelmed with remaining workload - Sweatshop culture / no recognition - terrible leadership development
