      Pros

      The CEO and his leadership team have a great vision for the company.

      Cons

      Far too many of the management layers below that have adopted the 3M way of working. Things are very slow to make happen and processes are very bloated. People are not empowered to do their jobs but instead held back to focus on box ticking.

      Great portfolio of premium products Recognized brands

      Cons

      - Rampant nepotism in hiring across the leadership ladder - No leadership vision - Low sales rep confidence in leadership, especially medical - constant cost-cutting efforts leaving employees overwhelmed with remaining workload - Sweatshop culture / no recognition - terrible leadership development
