      Pros

      Company is very customer centric. International and Domestic leader for coding software.

      Cons

      Salaries tend to be on the low side. Part of your salary is contigent on product sales, even if you are not part of the sales team. Transition from 3MHIS to Solventum the new company is experiencing a lot of growing pains. Essentially you have to do more for less. No room for growth.

      Great portfolio of premium products Recognized brands

      Cons

      - Rampant nepotism in hiring across the leadership ladder - No leadership vision - Low sales rep confidence in leadership, especially medical - constant cost-cutting efforts leaving employees overwhelmed with remaining workload - Sweatshop culture / no recognition - terrible leadership development
