Pros
I had good leadership and belonged to a great team at 3M\Solventum. People listened to my concerns, feedback was always appreciated and the team really stuck together thru thick and thin. If you were willing to stick your neck out for others, the effort did not go unnoticed.
Cons
Since the split from 3M, Solventum seems to have an issue deciding in which direction they are going. There is a reduction in force that is taking place and it is adding pressure to already strained resources.
