Pros
More opportunity for advancement than at 3M, commitment to flexible work arrangements (not forcing people who want to work remotely to come into an office, allowing alternate work schedules, summer hours, etc.), excellent parental leave (by US standards), diverse executive leadership team compared to similar companies.
Cons
Several rounds of layoffs in the first year, operating very lean - some departments/teams are way too small for the size of the company, change is slow.
