      Pros

      WFH. They pay the 25th of every month. ASO. Good environment. Office is small but comfy. After a year you can apply to new roles.

      Cons

      Metrics are just too unrealistic. Many times you have to justify why are you in ACW while WORKING… basically, you need to justify why are you working… lol

      - Rampant nepotism in hiring across the leadership ladder - No leadership vision - Low sales rep confidence in leadership, especially medical - constant cost-cutting efforts leaving employees overwhelmed with remaining workload - Sweatshop culture / no recognition - terrible leadership development
