Pros
It's hard to get fired even if you should be. At the end of the day you get to help people.
Cons
The culture is toxic and cliquey. Majority of people get sexually harassed, harassed for being brown, or harassed for medical issues. People don't get adequate breaks and being forced to take lunch 2 hours into a shift, upper management is incompetent and afraid of confrontation. The building is falling apart there is a closet for spare door frame parts. It takes multiple reports of unsafe people or practices for them to do anything about the issues.
