      Pros

      Coworkers and that’s pretty much it

      Cons

      They sweep racism, sexual harassment under the rug. Management does not care about you. They will hire anyone with no experience to be in management. They try to pretend they care.. trust me they do not. For the pay just go somewhere else. HR is fully aware of sexual harassment and racial discrimination but find ways to cover them up. If you’re an older white male you are safe to make racist comments to coworkers.
