Nepotism, no transparency, delegation from management, cooperate greed, feel like a number than as an individual, slack pickup from other employees, management tentative to go astray from status quo, hiring quantity over quality. It used to be humbling to say that this job helps people not only to improve and save their lives through the gift of tissue donation, however it has gotten to the point to where the gift has become profit and that we are getting away from the moniker of "not-for-profit"
