      Accruing PTO is really all there is.

      Cons

      Upper management being incompetent Continuously getting away from the original idea of "Honoring the Gift" for corporate greed Overworked, underpaid for stuff the company really doesn't need Horrible levels of nepotism ushering in entitled, lazy people
