Pros

I honestly can't think of any pros because of all the difficult situations I've experienced there.

Cons

This is one by the most difficult job I've had held in my career. The challenges were mainly due to the toxic and passive-aggressive culture, and I have many emotional and mental scars from having worked here. If you're considering joining this company, ask the difficult questions and probe deep about the work environment and culture.

Pros

- I started at Solvvy at the beginning of this year and it's the perfect place for me. The technology is rock solid- it solves a real-world problem, has obvious ROI, and we are continuously launching new features. - CX is an important space, and there's a lot of money flowing into CX tech. Our platform is a "need to have" not a "nice to have." For our customers, we are seen as a strategic partner, and that is reflected in our retention goals. - Leadership! I chose this job because of the technology, the role, and my boss. Now that I'm here, I have been learning a ton and working closely with her to help drive the business forward. I also REALLY enjoy working with our CEO Mahesh. He's human-centered and is a great thought partner - he also shows a lot of trust in the people he hires. - The people. You get a good sense that some of your colleagues are the best in the world at what they do, and it's a great feeling.

Cons

- We are a fast-growing company and still defining and operationalizing processes. - Like all startups, we move quick (and sometimes too quick!) - Very few cons - I am incredibly happy and fulfilled
