Cons
You're expected to put in long hours and not necessarily get much monetary compensation or recognition for it. Working hard is the norm here and if you don't go in expecting that you probably won't be very happy. You'll probably have to make some sacrifices if you want to fully devote yourself to Flatbook. Best for ambitious and driven types that are self-motivating.
