Pros
I have been here for 4 years and I have to say, this has been one of the most career-defining roles of my life. So, good job, Mark and team - you made it happen. I have been challenges and pushed in ways I did not know possible. I was able to take on new roles, responsibilities, help grow a team. If you work hard here, you will be rewarded. It is unfortunate to see some negative reviews. While that is not my lived experience, I have been able to work cross-functionally with all different teams, levels of people and truly believe SonderMind has something special. If you want to work with passionate, hard-working and generally awesome people, this is the place for you.
Cons
We have a lot of hard problems to solve and there are constant shifts in how we do it, who we do it with and what we need to achieve. But, I'd rathe be challenged and solving hard problems than not.
