Pros
I've heard it said, "the people make the job." This could not be more true, and the people are the reason I love working at Sonepar USA. I work in an environment where my colleagues truly believe in their company and care about the work they do. I get excellent support from my manager, which helps me do my job very effectively. I'm constantly getting to do new things, so I rarely get bored. The company itself is growing and growing and growing. Cons
The only negative I can think of is that certain roles may not have any room for a promotion. Although the company is growing, I can where some positions may not have much career development potential beyond a certain point. However, this is true at many companies.
