Pros

I've heard it said, "the people make the job." This could not be more true, and the people are the reason I love working at Sonepar USA. I work in an environment where my colleagues truly believe in their company and care about the work they do. I get excellent support from my manager, which helps me do my job very effectively. I'm constantly getting to do new things, so I rarely get bored. The company itself is growing and growing and growing. And best of all, I get to live in the best city on earth, Charleston, SC. + People + Culture & values + Great support from management + Exciting projects and opportunities + Company is constantly growing + Charleston, SC

Cons

The only negative I can think of is that certain roles may not have any room for a promotion. Although the company is growing, I can where some positions may not have much career development potential beyond a certain point. However, this is true at many companies.

Pros

Excellent team with strong collaboration. Immense support for skill development, including training, certifications, and mentorship. A great place to build your cybersecurity career.

Cons

Pay raises tend to be small and can stagnate after a few years — compensation often falls behind market rates.
