Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you have enjoyed working at Sonepar USA. Having the type of culture that you noted above is what we aim for and noting that we offer the technical tools to do your job is also important for us so thank you for highlighting that. We always strive to offer Learning and Development opportunities for associates at all levels. We have a multitude of options from instructor lead courses to our on-line training channel called Training EDU, available 24/7, to assist our associates with career development. We continually look to heighten our progress on displaying career growth opportunities to associates. We would love to hear more from you and encourage you to call our SVP of Human Resources, Janine McManus who is always interested in hearing more about how we can enhance an associates experience at Sonepar USA. Her contact number is 843-745-2448.

Pros

Excellent team with strong collaboration. Immense support for skill development, including training, certifications, and mentorship. A great place to build your cybersecurity career.

Cons

Pay raises tend to be small and can stagnate after a few years — compensation often falls behind market rates.
