We appreciate you taking the time to review. We’re glad that you enjoy our competitive benefit packages and flexible work schedules. Due to the decline in the oil and gas industry in 2016, we had to hold off on annual merits in select business units. We have recently issued merits to all Sonepar Management Group associates, and do not anticipate having to do this in the future. Our businesses are performing well in 2017, and we feel confidant that we will continue hit our growth projections in the foreseeable future. Actually, we do post our positions on the internal job posting board, Career Connections, and we are happy to report, recently, two of our AP associates were promoted into management roles.
