Thank you for your review. We are happy you see the ‘good’ in our organization! In regards to our communication practices, it is definitely a challenge to effectively communicate to and through 14 separate organizations and we are always working to improve how we communicate as one. In addition to revamping our internal newsletter, we have several other communication initiatives in place to continuously promote the sharing of organizational best practices, updates and much more. We have also worked to increase the opportunities for projects that require multiple OpCo involvement in an effort to better service our customers. As we grow, we hope to leverage our unique structure to not only better support our customers, but each other. If you have any recommendations as to how we can better leverage those aspects, please feel free to bring that forth to your local management, human resource representative or Sonepar USA senior leadership.
